What does responsible gaming mean?

Responsible Gaming means playing in a way that keeps you in control of your finances, your time, and your mental well-being. At 556rr, we believe gaming is entertainment — it should never be treated as a source of income or a way to solve financial problems.

While serving millions of players across Bangladesh, 556rr always keeps their mental and financial well-being in mind. Our platform provides tools to help you enjoy gaming responsibly.

Online gaming can sometimes tempt people into spending more time and money than they intended. 556rr is aware of this and wants every user to play in good health and with genuine enjoyment. On this page, you'll find all the guidance and features related to responsible gaming.

Remember: no bet is guaranteed to win. Gaming is a combination of luck and skill, so always play with money you can afford to lose without affecting your daily life.

Important: 556rr is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Gaming by minors is strictly prohibited.

Quick Tips

Plan Your Budget in Advance

Decide in advance how much you are willing to spend on gaming each month.

Respect Your Time Limits

Decide on a maximum daily playtime and stick to it.

Don't play to chase losses

Chasing losses by placing more bets is dangerous.

Don't face it alone

If you're struggling, talk to a family member or friend.

556rr's Responsible Gaming Features

We don't just offer games — we take responsibility for keeping you safe. Use 556rr's dedicated tools to stay fully in control of your gaming.

Setting a deposit limit

Set a cap on how much you deposit daily, weekly, or monthly — before you start playing. Once a limit is in place, it cannot be exceeded.

Session Time Limit

Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. Once the time is up, 556rr will automatically alert you to take a break.

Cooling-Off Period

If you need a break, temporarily close your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. No bets can be placed during this period.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel your gaming is getting out of control, you can permanently close your account for a period of 6 months to 5 years.

Review your spending history

View your full gaming history, win/loss stats, and total spending all in one place. Awareness is the first step toward change.

Support & Counselling

If you want to talk about gaming addiction, 556rr's dedicated support team is always here. We don't judge — we help.

Recognizing the signs of addiction

If you or someone you know shows any of the signs below, it's time to seek help.

Chasing Losses
Lying about gaming
Betting with borrowed money
Being unable to stop playing
Neglecting Family or Work
Feeling restless when not playing
Not wanting to stop even after winning
Trying to chase losses through gaming
If you notice three or more of these signs, don't wait — contact the 556rr support team or use the self-exclusion tool.

Are your gaming habits safe?

Answer the questions below honestly. If most of your answers are "yes," you are likely gaming responsibly.

Responsible Gaming Questionnaire

1
Do I only play within a set budget — and accept the loss if it runs out?
2
Do I set a maximum time limit for gaming before I start?
3
When I lose, I can calmly stop playing rather than chasing my losses?
4
Is gaming having no negative impact on my family, work, or studies?
5
Do I never borrow money or dip into my savings to play?
6
Is gaming entertainment for me — not a source of income?
7
I don't hide my gaming from family or friends?

Build Healthy Gaming Habits

Responsible gaming habits don't develop overnight. Start with small steps and gradually build a healthy routine.

1
Create a Monthly Budget

Spend no more than 5% of your monthly income on entertainment. Let gaming be part of that budget — not all of it.

2
Keep a gaming diary

Keep track of how long you play and how much you spend each day. This helps you recognize your own patterns.

3
Take Regular Breaks

Take at least a 10-minute break every hour. Get up, walk around, drink some water — give your mind a rest.

4
Explore Other Entertainment

Entertainment isn't just gaming — spending time with family, playing sports, or reading a book can be just as enjoyable. Add some variety to your life.

5
Don't Stay Up Late to Play

Your judgment is impaired when you're tired or sleepy. Stick to a regular sleep schedule.

Responsible Gaming FAQ

Your account cannot be reactivated before the self-exclusion period ends. Once it expires, you may apply to reopen it, subject to 556rr's verification process. We strongly recommend seeking professional support after a period of self-exclusion.

Lowering your limit takes effect immediately. However, increasing a limit requires a 72-hour waiting period — this protects you from making impulsive decisions.

A cooling-off period is a temporary break — from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this time you cannot play, and your account reactivates automatically once it expires. Self-exclusion is longer-term — from 6 months to 5 years — and requires a new application even after the period ends.

While direct third-party controls are not available, you or someone you trust can contact 556rr Support to request that limits be placed on your account. We take family concerns seriously.

556rr verifies age at registration and confirms identity through the KYC process. If anyone opens an account with false information and is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and any deposited funds will be returned. You can reach our support team to report such cases.

Yes. The 556rr Support team can provide initial guidance. We also strongly encourage you to consult a mental health professional. Reaching out for help at the right time — for your own well-being and your family's — is a sign of strength.
